Bernard Joseph Simcoe Jr "Joe" went home to be with Jesus on December 28 ^th 2021, at the age of 66.

Joe was a friend to everyone and never knew a stranger. He would have given anyone the shirt off of his back (and did) even before he put his trust in his savior Jesus Christ. His relationship with his savior only enhanced his love for people.

Joe married his high school sweet heart Brenda Thomas on December 20 ^th 1974. He will be dearly missed by his beloved wife of 47 years. He also leaves behind his two children Deanna (Adam) Mooney and Joey (Sally) Simcoe. He will be missed by his grandchildren AJ (Bree) Mooney, Joey Simcoe, Savana Simcoe, Tori Mooney, Maddox Simcoe, CJ Poole, and Izzy Simcoe. He will be missed by his great grandchild Hastella Mooney, his mother in law Florence (G-Flo) Thomas, his sister in laws Karrol (Hank) Walters, and Rebecca (Ken) Nunes. He also leaves behind best friends Ken Havice, Larry Carrington, and Mike Raudy. He will be missed by many other loved ones and friends.

Joe has been preceded in death by his devoted grandparents who raised him Clarence "Bub" and Sophia "Alice" Lazzell, along with his beloved brother Ricky Simcoe. He was also preceded in death by his parents, other family members and friends.

Joe will have a memorial service on Monday January 17 ^th at EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E. Livingston Ave. Friends and family may call 11 to 1 with a service to follow immediately.
