Carolyn Marie Bice, 73, of Columbus, Ohio passed away peacefully on October 24th, 2023. Carolyn was born September 2nd, 1950, to Fred & Ruby Fishinger of Columbus, Ohio. She lived the majority of her life in Whitehall, Ohio, where she was a 1968 honors graduate of Whitehall - Yearling High School. In 1967 Carolyn met Bob Bice in homeroom at Whitehall - Yearling. They married in 1970 and went on to have 2 girls, April and Karen.  They were married for nearly 50 years prior to Bob's passing in December 2019. During Carolyn's senior year of high school, she started her first job at Bob Evans Farms. Thus began a 40+ year career with the Bob Evans corporation, holding a variety of positions within their Columbus headquarters. In May 2014, Carolyn retired and spent her time shelling on Sanibel Island, crafting with the grandkids and traveling the world. Carolyn was preceded in death by husband, Robert Bice; mother, Ruby Fishinger. Carolyn is survived by father, Fred Fishinger; daughters, April (Edward) Miller; Karen (Terrance) Jackson. Grandchildren; Brian (Nikki) Miller, Jason and Faith Miller and several cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.  Friends may call Monday, October 30, 2023, 4-7 PM EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E. Livingston Ave. where funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at 1:30 PM. Pastor Dan Stoffer officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Mount Carmel Hospice organization.
