Charles T. Holtz age 68 passed away January 1, 2024.  Born in Columbus, Ohio on September 13, 1955 to the late Margaret Burcham Holtz and William Frank Holtz.  Charles was an artist, he loved to make his stick art that he would sell at PAL.  He loved to color as well.  Charles loved cartoons. He was a huge Ohio State fan. He had a wonderful smile and would greet everyone with "How you doing?"  Charles has always loved to travel every year; he would go to Disney World and Disneyland.  Charles loved Kelly from the Regis and Kelly show.  He enjoyed being out in the community.  He also loved his friends he had grown to know from the PAL's program. Charles had a loving soul, and he will be greatly missed.  Chrales leaves to cherish all his friends and staff, case manager Latoya Johnson, ProCare Staff Star, Fatou, Jackie, Leo, Haikio, Jason, and John; who were his care team.  Funeral service Thursday, January 25, 2024 12:00 Noon EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E. Livingston Ave. where friends may call 1 hour prior to service. Interment Glen Rest Cemetery.
