Cindy Ann Arthur, age 63, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on Monday, September 30, 2024. She was a dedicated Christian, loving Mom of 4, beloved Grandma of 7, close friend to many, and longtime member of World Harvest Church.  She was preceded in death by Richard (Dick) Jett and Robert (Bob) Powers. She is survived by her children Megan, Eric (Jessica), Jacob (Tish), and Mary (JR) Arthur Noskowiak, grandchildren Maci, Clayton, Dawson, Mila, Magnolia, Luca, and Dempsey, mother Deanna Powers, siblings, Rebecca (Bryan) Pepmeier, Ronald (Tammy) Powers and James Powers, close friends Shirley (Graydon) Conley Harvey, and Cristin, Caitlin, Kelstin, and Jerod, and many more nieces, nephews & friends. Family and friends may visit from 11-1 at World Harvest Church, 4595 Gender Rd., Canal Winchester, and a celebration of life will be held immediately following. Rev. William Canfield officiating.
