Clyde C. Roth age 87, passed away Friday, December 2, 2022 at his home in Columbus, Ohio.  He was born October 15, 1935, to the late Vernon and Luella Roth.  Member of St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church.  Clyde was a U.S. Navy Veteran, honorably discharge from service December 19, 1962.  Clyde worked for Ohio National (National City) Bank in multiple roles during his 39 years of service. Clyde was highly active in all ages of scouting as an Assistant Scout master ending with the Boy Scouts and Troop #482.  He also enjoyed camping, country music, and loved his sports teams the Indians, Browns and Buckeyes.  Clyde was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Roth, his beloved dog Chen-Chen, brother Ervin Roth, nephew (niece) Chuck (Becky), brother-in-law Harry Lyons, sister-in-law Suzi (Roger) Sparks.   Survived by his sons, Jon (Sharon) Roth and Jeffrey (Tina) Roth; grandchildren Christina (Billy) Rollings, and Jeffrey (Kayla Smith); sisters-in-law, Mickey (Ev-Erv) Swarts, Joan Rhodes, and Trudy (Mike) Askew; nieces, Cindy (Jeff) Campbell, Stacy (Scott) Douglas; nephew Scott (Amber) Raffeld; other nieces, nephews, and great niece Amanda Roth.  Friends may call Wednesday, December 7, 2022 5-8 PM EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E.
