Dale Vernon Bolen, age 62, passed away Monday, June 21, 2021.  Recently, he retired as a Private Security Guard.  He was a loving and devoted father as well as an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan.  Survived by his daughter, Lyndsey Bolen; siblings, Michael Bolen, Linda Cumbow, Gary (Anne) Bolen, Angela Allshouse; nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Nichola, Kaley, Joseph, and Breanna; granddogs, Oona and Olyv; faithful companion Dozer; as well as other loving family and friends.  Preceded in death by parents, Fred and Angela Bolen.  Memorial service to be held Saturday, June 26, 2021, at 1:00 PM EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E. Livingston Ave. where friends may call 1 hour prior to service.
