David Lewis age 58 of Columbus, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on January 1, 2022, at his home.  David was born on November 3, 1963, to parents Katherine and Harry Lewis.  David is preceded in death by his father, Harry Lewis, lifelong partner, Melinda Stillwell and his two nephews, Brian and Chubby.  He is survived by his mother Katherine, his mother-in-law Bonnie, his loving daughter Samantha (John), son Patrick, three siblings, his six grandchildren, Tay Layasia, My'Asia, Jonliyah, John, Honesty, and Messiah who he loved more than anything in this world, a host of nieces, nephews, and close friends.  Friends may call Monday, January 10, 2022, 4-6 PM EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E.
