Debbi Lee Hurt passed away at Riverside Methodist Hospital on October 2, 2024, at age 67 just a couple of weeks shy of her 68th birthday. She is survived by her brother Gary Barclay (Susan), her sister Vickie Wagner (Robert), her children Amber Ryan (Kevin) and Adam Hurt (Sarah), and her grandchildren Ethan, Evan, Brodie and Avarie. Debbi was a kind soul who loved fiercely and made sure the people she cared about knew that they were loved. She worked most of her life as a cosmetologist around the Columbus area. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She battled a number of health issues in the last few years and passed away from multiple health complications. She was loved by many and was always easy to get along with. Family and friends have many great memories of her, and we encourage you to share them with the family to help celebrate her life. She has moved on now and has her mother, father and husband waiting for her on the other side to comfort her. Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life for Debbi Sunday October 27th, 2024 from 1-4 pm at The Other Side Bar at 1081 N. 21st Newark, Ohio, 43055. Food and soft drinks will be provided and there will be a cash bar.
