Deborah Lou Scott, age 43 of Columbus, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on November 10, 2025. She was born January 9, 1982. She is a 2001 graduate of Whetstone High School, where she was a linebacker on the football team. During her youth she was a student at Rick Moore Academy where she earned her blue belt in martial arts. She was also a member of Columbus Worship Center. She was recently baptized at Revive Church Hilltop. She was preceded in death by her father: Roger Scott, grandparent's: Charles Scott, David Hart, and Mable Johnson. nephew: Joseph Davis Jr. Survived by mother: Deborah Scott, sisters: Heather Scott, Jennifer (Joe) Davis, brothers: Charlie (Amanda) Scott, Sean Scott. nephews: Ryan, Jolin, Ty'ere, and Sean Jr., nieces: Annabelle, Janaelynn, Jovieann, and Zyanna. She had many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Visitation will be at Evans Funeral Home, 4171 E. Livingston Ave, Columbus OH 43227, on Thursday December 4, 2025, from 11am-1pm with services to be held thereafter, burial to follow at Obetz Cemetery. The family is asking for everyone to wear blue in Honor of Deborah's favorite color.
