Donald L. Bailey age 83 passed away May 6, 2022, at Mt. Carmel East Hospital of complications from a fall in December.  Born in Quincy, Ohio April 12, 1939. Owner of License Resque and License Resque Remedial School since 1998. Veteran US Army. Survived by wife of 33 years, Jovita Bailey; children, Lori Bailey, Darin Bailey, Danette (Cristian) Garcia, Dee Black, Tricia (Eric Smith) Capadona; grandchildren, Neysa (Adam), Logan, Journey (Mark), Jason (Cassie), Jessica, Mackenzie (Scott), Amber, Jaden; great grandchildren, Landyn, Aubree, Dmitri, Isla, Elias, Oliver, Anna.  Preceded in death by father, Elbert Bailey, mother, Mary Barbee; siblings, Paul, Laura and Robert.  Memorial service Saturday, May 14, 2022, 1:00 PM EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E.
