Doris Mae Lantto, age 88 of Columbus, Ohio passed away peacefully Friday afternoon, October 14, 2022 at Mount Carmel East hospital.  She was born December 7, 1933, daughter of the late Albert and Lena (Scheffel) Zeallear. Doris was a passionate follower of Jesus Christ and loved to spend her mornings with her husband playing cribbage and kings while drinking coffee and enjoying their morning oats. She enjoyed many happy years with a house full of family, Pinnacle tournaments with her kids, Parcheesi with her grandkids, laughter and good food.  Doris was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Wendell Lantto and 4 sisters, Virgina (John) Buck, Ruth (Carl) Myers, Betty (Jr) Williams, and Annabelle (Lawrence) Paul. She is survived by her children, Pam (Jim) Whitmer, Tim (Linda) Lantto, Wendell "Jack" Lantto II, Matt Lantto; 9 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren and many beloved grand puppies. Memorial service Friday 3:45 PM EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E.
