Elmer Lee Meade age 83, lost his battle to cancer and passed peacefully Friday, August 26, 2022.  He was born January 8, 1939, in Kirk, West Virginia.  He retired from Lucent Technology. Veteran US Amry. We would like to thank Ohio Living Hospice for their care.  Preceded in death by parents.  Survived by his loving wife, Karen Meade; brother Ralph (Renee) Mullins; son Cole Meade; daughter, Jenny (Ron) Maurer; grandchildren, Adrian (Olivia), Alison, Ashlee, Lexi; great grandchildren, Kaius and Opal. Memorial service Tuesday, September 6, 2022 6-8 PM Evans Funeral Home 4171 E. Livingston Ave.  Inurnment will be held at Glen Rest Cemetery.
