George Mossman, age 91, passed away on June 17th, 2024.  Dad will be joining his daughter Bonniejean Crist in Heaven.  Survived by his beloved wife of 70 years Rose Marie and his loving children, Georgeanna Rivera (Leo) Kevin Mossman (Chris) Katrina Mossman, Shaun Mossman (Jude), Angela Rivera-Nieves and Sherry Boso. Son-in-law Tom Crist. He also leaves his adoring 11 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. His Christian faith was his foundation. George was a proud veteran of the Korean Conflict and was a long-time proud volunteer of the Sertoma Club, serving his community. Always a jokester, he was known for his infectious smile. George loved the outdoors – spending countless hours at the farm that he built with his sons. To his children, he was more than a dad, he was a friend. George happily did anything that was asked of him. George was a mentor and a father, to many and adored by all. Funeral service Thursday, June 20, 2024, 1:00 PM EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E. Livingston Ave. where friends may call from 11:00 AM until the time of service. Rev. John Romig officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Central Ohio Alzheimer's Association.  A luncheon will follow the service at Gender Road Christian Church 5336 Gender Road Canal Winchester, Ohio.
