Geraldine "Jeri" W. Lewis, passed away June 17, 2022.  She was born near Sabina, Clinton County Ohio.  Graduated from Clinton County High School and Bliss Business College.  She was a homemaker for the past 70 years.

Preceded in death by husband of 62 years, whom she dearly loved, Frank L. Lewis Jr; parents, Clarence and Hazel Wilson, sisters Marcella and Marjorie. Member of Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church, Grove City Chapter OES, Ladies Oriental Shrine and Daughters of the Nile.

Jeri is survived by son, Dr. Ronald, his wife Jean and three wonderful grandchildren Samantha (Greg), Henry (Anisha) and Oliver all of whom she loved very much.   She cherished each and every visit that they made.

Special thanks to Ms. Berdina Payne who provided such excellent care and more importantly love to Jeri for the past number of years.

Family and friends may call Wednesday 5 – 8 PM Evans Funeral Home 4171 E. Livingston Ave, where services will be held Thursday 10:00 AM.   OES funeral ritual Wednesday at 7:30 PM.  Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery.   Memorial contributions may be made to Shriner's Hospital.
