Harold E. Tackett gained his heavenly wings on June 24th, 2022. Harold was born on October 22, 1961, in Pikeville. KY. He is preceded in death by his father Martin L. Tackett and brother Raymond P. Tackett.  He is survived by his mother Nora Seney (Bill), 3 daughters Amy, Jessica, and Christina Gierhart, his siblings Melinda DeHays (Eric), Earl Tackett (Linda) and Gwen King (James), nephews, cousins and eight grandchildren. Harold was very close with his family and truly loved and valued the time he spent with them. He could always be found spending his free time being an amazing papaw to his granddaughters Jasmin, Vanesa, and Giselle whom he adored. He was a kind and generous man, always offering support, guidance and had a smile to remember.  Family invites friends to call at Evans Funeral Home located at 4171 E. Livingston Ave. Columbus, Ohio. Visitation and service will be on June 30 ^th , 2022, from 6 -7pm. The family thanks the medical team at OSU for their compassionate care.  The family requests donations be made to directly to the family in honor of Harold. Casual attire welcomed.
