Helen C. Hickey, age 87, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away peacefully on June 4th. She is survived by daughters Ruth and Deb (Lance), and sons Joe (Gina) and Dan (Tuttie). Also survived by her brother Bob (Joan) and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Dan, daughters Cathy and Little Kathy (Anna), son Dick, brothers Ray, John (Dorothy), Carl (Marilyn) and Ron (Anne).

Helen was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church after being a long-term active member of St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church. She had a passion for her religion and for helping those in need. With a very loving heart, she and Dan were long time foster parents with the Catholic Social Services. Helen, commonly known as 'Hickey', had a heart of gold and an Irish wit to match it.

Funeral services will be held at Holy Spirit Church on Wednesday June 17th at 11:00 am with a Celebration of Life following in the Parish Hall where lunch will be served.
