Ina Jean
Sharps
Dec 30, 1929 — Jun 25, 2021
Columbus
Ina Jean (Cooper) Sharps born December 30, 1929, the eldest daughter of John Earl and Phoebe Clarice (Clark) Cooper has gone to be with her lord and savior June 25, 2021. Already there to greet her were her parents, her adoring husband, Ronald Ray, who she loved for 63 years, her brother, Charles Cooper and his wife Norma Jean, her sister Ila Faye Long, her brother-in-law Lowell Bays, her half-sister Una Hensley, and her daughter Barbara Kay White, who she has longed to hold for 38 years. Ina Jean has one sister left to share all the memories of their youth, Elizabeth Bays whom she loved so dearly. Ina Jean was a wonderful, doting mom, grandmother & great grandmother. She leaves behind Barbara's twin, and her caretaker for the last 6 years, Brenda Lee and her husband Melvin, her beloved only son, Ronald L. Sharps Sr., and her baby girl Rebecca Couture-Monsalve and her husband Luis. Our parents were blessed with family, they have 14 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren: Ernest White III (wife Dawn, daughters Clorianna (husband. Rease Kessler), Lilly and Krysta), John White, Melvin Lee II (wife Hope. daughter Sabrina), Michael Lee, Christina Angelo (husband Bryce, sons James and Gabriel), Ronald Sharps Jr. (wife Trisha, sons Jacob and Andrew), Amy Dawn Garrett (husband Joe, daughters Emily, Julie and Brooke), Daniel Sharps, Michael Monsalve (son Dimitri), Nicole Monsalve, Candis Monsalve (son Damion), Joshua Couture (wife Ellie, daughter Ella), Amber Tilley (daughter Liliana, sons Zander and Tristan), Joseph Couture (daughter Elaina). Mom was an example of love and acceptance to everyone she met. No one ever questioned her faith in God and that she was washed in the blood of Jesus. Her family will miss her but will always smile when thinking about her life. We love you Mommy! Funeral service Friday July 2, 2021, 11:00 AM Whitehall Church of the Nazarene 739 S.
