Janet Theresa Neff age 72 passed away Monday, November 25, 2024.  Retired from the federal government DSCC.  Graduate of Bishop Hartley High School class of 1970.  Her hobbies included bowling, playing cards with her friends, occasional trips to the casino, trips to the outer banks, spending time with her family, and being around her friends.  Survived by husband David Neff; sons, David (Elena Syrkin) Cornell, Donald Cornell; grandchildren, Noah and Sara Syrkin; sisters, Judy (Jack) Thomas, Martha Pettibone; brother, James (Elaine) Mandabach; many nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.  Preceded in death by parents, Jack and Mary Rita Mandabach; son, Keith Kilhefner; sister Mary Raymond; brother Mick Mandabach; sister-in-law Sharon Mandabach; brother-in-law Terry Pettibone; nephew, Mathew Raymond.  Friends may call Monday, December 2, 2024, 4-7 PM EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E.
