Jeremy R. Appleby age 42, passed away on September 24, 2021.  He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Karen L. Appleby.  Jeremy was a loving husband and devoted father to his daughter who was the most important part of his life.  He had a love for cooking and enjoyed the outdoors.  He is survived by his wife Karen Appleby; daughter Leah Appleby; brother Jason Appleby; sister Julie (Larry) Thompson; nieces Samantha Thompson and Zanovia; nephew Jack Thompson.  Funeral service Thursday September 30, 2021, 11:00 AM EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E. Livingston Ave. where friends may call 1 hour prior to service.  Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
