Jim Moehrman age 60 passed away November 30, 2021. He was born on June 29, 1961, in Columbus, Ohio, where he resided his whole life. Jim was a devout Roman Catholic and a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. He was a registered nurse and clinic manager at Kidney Center East of Columbus. He had a tremendous work ethic and cared deeply for his staff and co-workers. He always had a quick witty joke and could bring a smile to any situation. He spent many years as a basketball and softball coach for his children, nephews, and grandchildren. He was a coach to many, in many ways. He was a treasured husband, father, Pa, brother, and uncle who taught his family true unconditional love. His faith in God was always at the center of his life and it reflected in his daily actions. He was a devoted uncle and godfather to many. He valued family above all else and put his family first in every situation. He loved all sports and loved watching his grandchildren play. His sense of humor and sarcastic nature was one of a kind. Survived by wife, Lorrie Moehrman; children James Moehrman, Jr., Michelle (Ben) Houston, Andrea (Alfonso) Landin, Jennifer Combes, Valarie (Jon) Hannahs; grandchildren, Liam, Benjamin, Rowan, Isabella, Veda, Darwin, Gabriella, Cameron, Isaac, Lana Jo, Natalie, Luke, and Sebastian; brothers and sisters Rozann, Robert, Cheryl, Pam, and Steve; dozens of nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by father, Robert Moehrman, Sr., mother, Mary Jo Moehrman, brothers-in-law, Tim Hopkins and Mark Bell. Friends may call Sunday 1-4 PM EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E. Livingston Ave. Funeral mass Monday 12:00 Noon Christ the King Catholic Church 2777 E. Livingston Ave. Father David Schalk celebrant. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.
