It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Joan Fetters.  Joan passed away peacefully in her sleep July 31, 2022, at Sage Park Memory Care in Gahanna, Ohio.  Joan was born November 15, 1936, in Blain, Kentucky.  Preceded in death by husband John, parents Ezra and Walda Short, sister Pat Martin.  Survived by sons and daughters-in-law Dennis and Jan, John and Yvonne; grandchildren Cohen and his wife Lindsay, Hannah and her fiancée Courtney; great grandson Lucas; special niece Nikki and spouse Chet Claypool and brother Dennis Short.  Joan loved her kids and grandkids with all her heart.  Joan retired after 36 years of service from Ohio Bell/Ameritech.  Friends may call Thursday 5-7 PM EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E. Livingston Ave. where funeral service will be held Friday 10:30 AM.  Interment Glen Rest Cemetery.
