Daughters: Joycelyn "Sis"(Shawn) Cloud, Norma "Tine" (Jerry) Monroe, and Shirley "Midget" (Andy) Harris. Survived by sons: Rick(Rose) Monroe, Lucky(Lottie) Monroe. Daughters: Brenda (Dan) Turney, Barbara Rodgers, Alice(Thomas) Stepp. Stepdaughter: Kayci (Jason) Decker. Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. She resided in Columbus, Ohio. Joycelyn was the last of 10 children. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. If you knew her, you knew there was nothing she loved and cherished more than her family. She had the biggest heart and would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need.
