Juanita R. Maxim, age 92, went to be with the Lord on December 8, 2022.  She was a long-time member of East Baptist Church, graduated Marion Harding High School and attended Bowling Green State University.  Retired from Church Mutual Insurance Company.  Preceded in death by parents, Vernon and Anna Lucille Cogan, brother Carol (Buddy) Cogan and husband Richard A. Maxim, Jr.  Married for 62 years and survived by son, Matthew (Cheri) Maxim; daughter, Susan (James) Davis; grandchildren, Leah (Josh) Fraley, Adam (Anna) Davis, Mia Maxim; and four great-grandchildren, Regan, Paisley, Isaac and Mira Davis.  Funeral service on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E. Livingston Ave., where friends may call from 10am-Noon, with service immediately following.  Internment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Willow Brook Christian Village, Delaware, Ohio or the American Heart Association.   Friend and Pastor of the deceased, Rev.
