Julie Bartlett Nessler age 66 passed away Friday, December 22, 2023. Born June 24, 1957. Preceded in death by mother, Patricia Gage Walters, dad Richard W. Bolton, and father, Robert Bartlett, and cousin, Christopher Turner.  Survived by loving husband Daniel Nessman, sister Vicki (Brian) Hinton, and in-laws, Talli (John) Flanagan, Ralph; cousins Jill Odice, and Steven Turner, and Betty Smith Bolton.  Julie had many loving and caring friends that were like family to her, also.  Julie is greatly missed by her family and friends.  Julie loved and cared for many friends and pets and was loved and respected by all.
