Julius Muncy age 81 passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Born January 26, 1945, Mingo County, West Virginia. Retired Buckeye Steel after 32 years of service. He was devoted member of Liberty Baptist Church. He spent his free time sporting clays shooting with his son, hunting, fishing and trap shooting. He was big-hearted and would help anyone in need. He loved his family dearly. Preceded in death parents William Muncy and Rosa Spaulding Fields Muncy, son Curtis Eugene Muncy, brother James Muncy. Survived by son Timothy (Trina Perry) Gilbert Muncy; daughter Tammy “Sharon” (Rick Norris) Norris; brothers, Cecil Muncy, Early Muncy, Richard Muncy, Clyde Muncy, Mathew Muncy; sisters Hazel Muncy Marcum, Martha Muncy Maynard, Nora Muncy, Phyllis Muncy, Mary Francis Muncy Horn; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
