Kathleen (McLoughlin) DiFrancesco, age 78, passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. She was born on Aug 30, 1945, to parents Bill and June Rose McLoughlin who preceded her in death. Kathy graduated from Bishop Hartley High School in 1963 and the College of St. Mary of the Springs (Ohio Dominican). She retired from the State of Ohio, Office of the Attorney General in 2010. Kathy is survived by her son Jack (Denise) Hollerich and daughter Heidi (Mike) Sargent, grandchildren Andrew (Shelby Arthur) Sargent, Chis (Roxanne) Sargent, Hannah (Justin) Gerbus, Heather Sargent, Audrey and Olivia Hollerich, brothers and sisters JoAnn LaRocco, Mike (Peggy) McLoughlin, Sue (Lenny) Smith, Margy (Rich) Farrin and Jim McLoughlin, many nieces, nephews and cousins, and dear friend Carol Jackson. She was preceded in death by her husband Leo DiFrancesco, in-laws Sintia and Salvatore DiFrancesco, and brother-in-law Rich LaRocco. When Kathy wasn't vigorously scratching off lottery tickets, or at the casino playing the slot machines (and winning big), she was cheering on her beloved Pittsburgh Steelers. She will continue being their biggest fan from heaven.
