Kathryn A. Mann, age 101, of Westerville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on September 22, 2026, at Embassy of Pickerington, where she had resided for the past 11 years. She was surrounded by her loving family in her final moments.
Kathryn was a woman of Christian faith whose life was marked by loved for her family, hard work, and the simple joys that brought her happiness. Throughout her long and meaningful life, she touched many people with her warmth and presence.
One of Kathryn's proud accomplishments was owning and operating a Christian bookstore, where she was able to share her faith and serve others. Throughout her working years, she also drove a school bus for Westerville City Schools and worked at Good Circle, Roush Hardware in the Christmas department, and Lazarus.
Kathryn had a sweet personality and a genuine love for sweets. She especially enjoyed her Reese's Cups, a Pepsi, and a cup of coffee with lots of sugar. She also loved coloring, word searches, and doing crafts. These simple activities brought her joy and provided many cherished moments throughout her later years.
Kathryn was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Clyde E. Mann; her son, Jerald Mann; Jerald's first wife, Ruth Mann; their sons, Brian and Randy Mann; Jerald's second wife, Linda Mann; her parents, Herman and Georgia Mock, and her sister Jean.
She is survived by her sons, Richard Mann and Tim (Patty) Mann; grandchildren, Sean (Ginger) Mann, Shannon (Josh) Pierce, Eric (Kaylyn) Mann, and Andrea (Marco) Paas; and many great-grandchildren who brought joy to her life.
At 101 years old, Kathryn leaves behind a beautiful legacy of faith, family, love, and a lifetime of memories. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Her family takes comfort in knowing that her earthly journey is complete and that she is now at peace in the presence of her Lord.
Family and friends are welcome to join for a Graveside service Friday, October 23, 2026, 11:00 AM at Blendon Township Cemetery. Pastor Malcom Davis officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Kathryn's memory to Suncrest Hospice, in gratitude for the compassionate care and support they provided Kathryn and her family during her final days.
