Lois (Ferrell) Martin Sasser age 94, passed from this life on January 12, 2023, at 9:45 p.m. She was born in Busseyville, Kentucky on August 25, 1928, to the late Harrison Ferrell and Maude (Clarkson) Ferrell. She is preceded in death by husband Davis Martin Jr., husband Harry Sasser, daughter Robin (Martin) Vest, sisters Lorene and Violet Ferrell of Kentucky, Dorothy Osborn of Florida, her brothers Glenn, Jack, and Rayburn Dean Ferrell of Kentucky, beloved son-in-law Douglas Harmon, and dear friend of many years Lois Rettinger of Ohio.

Lois is survived by daughters Karen Harmon of Ohio, Sandie (Bill) Walden, five grandchildren Melissa (Shaun) White, Dougie Harmon of Ohio, Bill (Regina) Walden, Tami Coleman, and David Walden of Ohio, as well as fourteen great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.  Lois attended Milner Road Church for many years. She loved gardening, flowers, and quilting, but her most rewarding thing to do was being a wife and mother.

Viewing is at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 19, 2023, with service to follow at 1:00 p.m. at Evans Funeral Home, 4171 East Livingston Avenue, Columbus Ohio 43227. Pastor John Sullivan officiating. Interment Glen Rest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mount Carmel Hospice Care.
