Lori Ann Fowler age 55 passed away Saturday, September 19, 2026. Graduate of The Ohio State University School of Nursing. She worked for the Bureau of Workers Comp for 27 years. She was an avid bowler from a young age, she threw a 300 on November 21, 2018. She enjoyed going to and watching PBA tournaments. She enjoyed reading and getting her tattoos. Survived by husband Chris Fowler, son Mark Fowler, sister Margaret (Rodney) Owens, nephew, Nick Owens, niece Katie (Garrett) McNeill, great niece Charlotte, mother-in-law Mayellen Fowler, numerous cousins, other family and friends. Preceded in death by stepson Jon Fowler, parents Melvin and Sally Llaneza, father-in-law Pete Fowler. Friends may call Wednesday, September 23, 2026 4-7 PM Evans Funeral Home 4171 E.
