Margaret "Maggie" Hannah McQuate (Rodgers), passed away Monday, September 18, 2023 surrounded by her family at Mt. Carmel East Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Maggie worked at Dublin Springs as a Dietary Technician and Cook for 10 years. Maggie was a caring soul who always wanted to help others and make their lives easier and spent most of her life working in nursing homes doing just that. Maggie loved making crafts, scrapbooking, cooking, and coloring in her many coloring books. She especially loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed going to the Columbus Zoo with her adored grandchildren and spending time with her beloved husband, Eric. Maggie's love was felt everywhere as she did anything she could to brighten others day with her thoughtfulness and her ability to make anyone laugh.

Preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Phyllis Rodgers. Maggie is survived by her Husband Eric McQuate, Children Eriksen Graham, Junior (Ayla) Blevins, and Tyler (Ashley) McQuate; Grandchildren, Madison, Kelvin III, & Karti Blevins and Tristan, Tony & Trevor McQuate. Siblings Butch (Cheryl) Rodgers, Shan (Cindy) Rodgers and Nora (Shawn) Puckett; several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Evans Funeral Home, 4171 E Livingston Ave. on Monday, September 25th from 2pm - 5pm followed by a re-pass at Grace United Church of Christ, 1226 Shady Lane Rd., Whitehall.
