It is with heavy hearts and much love that we announce, Marlene Fran Elioff, age 83, peacefully joined her husband, Theodore Elioff, in heaven on September 25, 2025.  Co-founder of Caesar's Lounge, Marlene found happiness in her flowers and friendships.  Survived by daughter, most beloved granddaughter, the family's pride and joy and son-in-law.  Preceded in death by devout mother, Viola Whitten and loved father Elmore Whitten; abundantly generous in laws; Cola and Vangel Elioff and Dinka Suckesky.  On behalf of Marlene, the family expresses thanks to her true friends.
