Mary Louise Corder Finegan passed away peacefully May13th. She was a beloved mother, sister, wife, grandmother and friend whose kindness and strength touched the lives of all who knew her.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, William Ralph and Edna Louise McMullin; her first husband, Arthur Eugene Corder; her second husband, James L. Finegan; her brother, William Lee McMullin; and her son-in-law, Robert Lon Foreman.

She is survived by her brother James Lloyd McMullin (Nancy) and sister-in-law Rebecca McMullin; her son, Michael Corder (Deborah); and her daughter, Donna Foreman. She is also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Miki Corder (Jeannie), Steven Corder (Teresa), Jaime Thornton (Joseph), Timothy Foreman, Sarah Mallets (Jeffry); great-grandchildren Cierra (Phillip), Anderson, Taylor (Ryne), Logan (Brandon), Kolby (Laura), Kymber, Micah and Oakley; great-great grandchildren, Paisley & Preston. She will also be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Mary was born in Glouster Ohio on a small farm. Growing up with lots of friends and cousins to play with. Family moved to Whitehall area and eventually married Arthur and became a mother. She retired from South-Western City School District as a head cook.

Mary will be remembered for her warmth, her devotion to family, and her generous heart. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories that will continue to live on through those who knew and loved her.

Calling hours will be held on May 18th, 2026, 12pm to 2pm at Evans Funeral Home, 4171 E. Livingston Avenue, Columbus, Ohio.    Graveside and interment Monday May 18, 2026 2:30 PM at Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
