Mary went to be with the Lord April 25, 2021. She was born July 21, 1935, she then became a long-time resident of Columbus, Ohio. She had a heart of gold, always willing to give what she had, and cared for others before herself. She had a love for gambling, attending casinos and taking bus tours. Mary had a deep love for her grandchildren and had greater love for her great grandchildren who lit up her world. Mary is preceded in death by her parents, husband John Ward, daughter Cheryl Glispie, son Michael Ward, granddaughter Amber Pinson, son in law Charles Estes, and her brothers Bud, and Pete.

She is survived by her children John Dale Ward, Brenda Estes, her sisters Susie and Dootle, her grandkids Benjamim Glispie, Michael Brandon Baker (Heather), Michael LaRosa (Cathy), Jennifer Johnson, Candace Estes (Greg), and Stephanie Jordan (Kaleb). Also, Mary was lucky enough to meet her numerous great grandchildren whom she adored, and other family and friends.

She will be deeply missed! A showing was held on April 30, 2021 at Evans Funeral Home.  She was laid to rest beside her husband John Ward at the Field of Honor in Canal Winchester.
