Michael Charles Little (1972-2026)
With heavy hearts, we share that Michael Little, 53, of Whitehall OH, passed on
January 18th, 2026. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Born in Charleston WV, in 1972 and later relocated to Sunbury OH, graduating
from Big Walnut High School where he played one of his favorite sports, football.
Michael went on to graduate from the American School of Technology, leading to
a life long career in Commercial and Residential HVAC. During this time, Michael
met the love of his life, Jennifer Coughenour with whom he raised his 3 beloved
children Bub, Kenny and Boogie. Michael was an avid Chicago Bears fan,
NASCAR enthusiast, and life long hunter and fisherman.
Michael is preceded in death by parents Dave and Valjean Little as well as
biological father Arnold 'Wes' Scaggs II. He is survived by lifetime wife and
partner Jennifer Coughenour, cherished children; Brian (Megan) Smith, Kendra
(Paul) Gress, Rebecca Little. Grandchildren; Lillian Smith, Anthony Smith. Sister
Michelle Scaggs and Mans Best Friends, Kobe and Henry. Along with many
aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces nephews and friends.
Calling hours will be held Thursday January 22nd, from 4pm to 7pm, at Evans
Funeral Home, 4171 East Livingston Ave, Columbus OH 43227. The family will
be holding a memorial service on June 14th, 2026, with further details to come.
