Michele Elaine Cumbow (Bishop) age 58, of Whitehall, born May 2, 1964, passed away February 10, 2023.  She has been a hairstylist her whole life and later in life she would waitress part time.  She was GREAT at it.  She would work five to six days a week and never missed more than a sick day here and there.  She kept her hair customers for thirty plus years, like Patty Peterson.  She worked at TAT Italian Family Restaurant at James and Livingston as a waitress at the time of her passing. She was also doing hairstyling/cuts from her home or in other people's home. Preceded in death by mother, Millie Buckberg, father Richard Bishop, stepmother Helen Bishop.  Survived by her only son, Dustin Whaley; her 14 year old grandson, Adrian Hanson; stepfather George Buckberg; her dog but like a daughter, Adele; Lori Elliot, Brittany Murphy; sisters-in-law, Tammy Botley Whaley, Kim Whaley, Michelle Whaley; brothers-in-law Charles Keefe, Bill Whaley, Kevin Whaley; former husband, Jeffrey Whaley; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Felecia and Larry Whaley; niece, Kristina Whaley who was like a daughter to her, she loved her to death; husband, Greg Cumbow; her amazing friends, Patty O'Connor Peterson and Kimi Snow Kiser; best friends Debbie Dooley Whitlach, Cathy Dooley Tooker; cousin, Lori Elliot; friends, Candace Rudolph, Veronica Ingland, Haley Walker and Holly Howard. Memorial service New Faith Church 6700 Thrush Dr. Canal Winchester, OH 43110. Saturday, March 4, 2023, 12:00 noon with viewing of pictures beginning at 11:30 AM and luncheon to follow the service.
