Nick
Christoff
Jul 3, 1942 — Oct 27, 2022
Columbus
Nick (Naume) Christoff, age 80, passed on October 27, 2022, at his home. Born in Macedonia and immigrated to the USA (Columbus, Ohio) in 1967 with the assistance of his uncle Pete Christoff.
Nick was happily married for 53 years to his beloved wife Lili. In recent years their favorite hobby was visiting Hollywood Casino, playing the Willy Wonka slot machine and eating chili dogs.
Nick spent 54-years in the electrical business (Simms and Griggs Electric) and joined his son (Beni) in starting a new electrical company (New Wave Electric) and loved spending time with both sons (Chris & Beni) during the weekends searching for real estate development sites and visiting home improvement stores.
Nick was proud of his heritage, never forgot where he came from, loved to laugh and joke around with everyone and was always willing to help anyone that needed assistance. There was nothing more important to him than his family, especially his grandchildren who he loved to joke and spend time with. They were the joy of his life the last 26 years, and they all adored their "Dede". He found much joy in watching sports and was always whistling, humming, and dancing to his favorite songs, especially Macedonian songs. Surprisingly he grew to love Wally, Kirby and Lulu, the family pets. Nick was preceded in death by his mother Luba, father Pande, sister Stefanka and brother Mitko. Survived by his wife, Lili Christoff and sons, Chris (Tina) Christoff, Beni (Genoveva) Christoff; grandchildren, Nicholas Christoff, Gabriella Christoff, Olivia Christoff, Dominik Christoff, Chloe Christoff.
