Patricia Ann Wright, 79, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 7 ^th , 2022, at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. She was born in Columbus Ohio on July 18 ^th , 1942, and then retired from AT&T after 33 years of service. She enjoyed watching cooking shows and spending time with family. She will be remembered for her beautiful soul, her heart of gold, and her sense of humor. She is survived by her husband of 55 years Denver "Gene" Wright, her daughter Danielle M. Wright, brothers Robert West and Bruce (Norma) Walston, sisters Roberta Patten and Marilyn (Bud) Oldham, grandchildren Nicole (Jeff) Bayley and Timothy Oliver Jr., great-grandchildren Joshua, Bentley, and Annabella. As well as various nieces, nephews, sister-in-law Louann (Dave) Burns, brother-in-law Terry Wright, close friend Rhonda (Jeff) Nida, and her teacup Yorkie Benny. Patricia is preceded in death by mother and father Carolyn Jean Walston and Robert West, sister Betty J. Klein, sister-in-law Sally Wright, and various other friends and family. The viewing will be held on May 11 ^th , 2022, from 5pm-7pm at EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E. Livingston Ave Columbus, Ohio 43227. The memorial service will be held on May 12 ^th , 2022, at 11am at EVANS FUNERAL HOME with entombment at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens.
