Petar Vangel Jotevski, 88, passed away peacefully on August 11th, 2023, in his home.

He was a gentle, happy, kind soul who loved animals. He came to the United States in 1994 from Bitola, Macedonia and became an American citizen at the age 81. He worked at the Franklin County Animal Shelter and later retired from the Franklin County Courthouse.

Petar was preceded in death by his wife, Stojanka. He is survived by his sons Stefce (Marija) Jotevski, Kire Jotevski; grandchildren Marija (Stephan), Aleksandar, Filip, Patrick, Yanna; and great-grandchild Dominic.

He was a member of the St. Mary Macedonian Orthodox Cathedral where services will be held on Monday, August 21st, 2023 at 10:30am. Showing will be held the day prior at Evans Funeral Home, Sunday, August 20th, 2023 between 2-4pm; 4171 E. Livingston Ave.
