Rex B. Rumley passed away on November 4th, 2021. He was born in Gallipolis, Ohio, spent time in the Marine Corps. and spent many years managing and overseeing restaurants. He was a member of many groups including the Masonic Lodge, Christ United Methodist Church, American Legion Post #490, and many more. He is preceded in death by his parents Emmett "Jim" Rumley, Ruby Rumley and his sister Kimberly Miller. He is survived by his wife of 36 years Rose Rumley, his two kids Robin & James Rumley, and grandkids Maci Payne, Corey Sollie, Timothy, Rose & Lewis Rogan.
