RICHARD E. "CHIEF" WALTERS passed away peacefully at home on September 21, 2021. Born October 26, 1928, to Harold and Lucilla Walters in Corry, PA.   Dick proudly served his country in the United States Navy for 22 years, then 29 years as a court official in the Federal Court system in Columbus Ohio. He was an avid golfer, Ohio State Buckeyes, and Penn State football fan, and also loved scuba diving, water skiing, and trap shooting. Survived by his wife of 70 years Jean. He will also be sadly missed by his four daughters: Nancy Lewis, Linda Koplowski (Bob), Judy Rothschild, and Lisa Webb (Scott), 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and faithful companion "Tanner".
