Robert Dylan Alexander Norris age 57 passed away Monday, May 27, 2024. He was a longtime employee of OPERS.  He loved to swim, play video games, and enjoyed time with his friends.  He was a line dancer and longtime softball player.  Survived by partner of 25 years, Susan "Susie" Cook; Brittany Cook, daughter of Susan Cook; granddaughter, Maryanna McNeely; sister, Theresa (Chris) Isaacs and family; many loving friends, faithful companion Daphne.  A memorial service will be held, Friday, June 14, 2024, 6:00 PM EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E. Livingston Ave. where friends may call 1 hour prior to service.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Capital Area Humane Society and MS Society of Central Ohio.
