On Tuesday, November 24th, 2020, Robert Eugene, loving father, grandfather, husband, brother and son passed away at age 58.

Robert Eugene Smith was born on March 30, 1962, in Columbus, OH, to Eugene Smith and Virginia (Foor) Cremeans.

Robert was a true outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He never met a stranger in his life. He loved being a grandpa and spending time with his grandkids. He was a compassionate and caring friend. He was a doting father. He attended Jersey Baptist Church and was a devoted Christian who lived his life worshiping God.

Robert is survived by his wife Ronda; six children, Amy, Billy Jo (Scott), Andria (Roger), Charlie, Josh (Janette), Nick; and eleven grandchildren, Ty, Madison, Breck, Brayden, Gabi, Aden, Autumn, Charlie, Bentley, Hunner and Alayna. He is preceded in death by daughter Summer Marie. Survived by his parents Eugene and Virginia (Roger); his sisters Tyna Walker-Lay (Patrick), Teri Luther (Kevin), Tricia Stocks (Wayne) and Tami Justice; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Monday, November 30, 2020 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Jersey Baptist Church located at 13260 Morse Rd, New Albany, Ohio, 43054. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, December 1 at 2:00 pm at Jersey Baptist Church.

Robert's family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the doctors and nurses at Mount Carmel East Hospital for all of their excellent care and efforts.
