Robert L. Henshaw age 88 passed away Friday, November 11, 2022.  Born November 10, 1934 in Nelsonville Ohio to Mervin and Helen Henshaw.  Retired from The Ohio Department of Taxation after 31 years of service.  Graduate of Nelsonville High School and Ohio University with a BS in Accounting.  He was a devoted Free Mason his entire adult life.  Member of Sunrise Lodge #783 F&AM, Drum and Bugle Corps., Bexley United Methodist Church and Delta Upsilon Fraternity.  Preceded in death by parents, Mervin Henshaw and Helen (Henshaw) Carr; son, David R. Henshaw; brother Raymond Henshaw; cousins Jerry Maffin and Molly Moellendick.  Survived by wife, Martha W. Henshaw; son, Mark P. Henshaw and Valerie (Baker) Henshaw; daughter-in-law, Julie (Denton) Henshaw; grandchildren, Jarred, Matthew, Rachel, and Adam Henshaw.  Friends may call Thursday 4-7 PM EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E.
