Roger Lee DeLong age 89 passed away Thursday, September 14, 2023.  Born in Chillicothe, Ohio, the youngest of 10 children.  Veteran of the USAF.  He was a USPS letter carrier and the Senior Estimator for Quality Cable Contractors Inc for over 30 years in Orlando, Florida.  Survived by loving wife of 63 years, Saundra DeLong; many nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.  Preceded in death by daughter, Stacy Renee DeLong; parents, Cyrus Merkle and Hazel Marie DeLong; and 9 siblings.  Funeral service Wednesday, October 4, 2023, 1:00 PM EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E.
