Rose M. Padgett, born March 22, 1928 in Parkersburg, WV, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2022.  Graduate Parkersburg High School class of 1946.  She worked for C&P Telephone Co. and Sears.  Later in life she became a realtor when she was living in Painesville, Ohio.  She is a member of First Baptist Church in Parkersburg.  For the last few years while living in Columbus she attended Unity Presbyterian Church.  Preceded in death by her parents, H.A. and Arilla Dailey, husband John K. Padgett, and son-in-law, William H. Hoffman.  Survived by daughter, Christina Hoffman of Columbus, OH, sisters-in-law, Marie Frady and Sally Gainer of Parkersburg; many nieces and nephews.  Friends may call Wednesday 5-7 PM EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E.
