Ruth Helen Kemp age 95, passed away Monday, September 7, 2026. She is retired from DCSC. She was very devoted to her family and strived to help others whenever possible. Preceded in death by husband, Carl E. Kemp; parents, Carl and Mary Randles; brother Carl Randles, Jr.; sisters Virginia, Mary Jane, Patty, Sarah, Martha and Charlotte. Survived by children, John Kemp, Carlene Smith, Ruth Ann Burke, Mary Jane (David) Caldwell; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Louise Simpson; many other loving family and friends.
