Susan L. Case (nee Eriksen).  Born December 4, 1936, in Logansport, IN, died July 19, 2023.

Preceded in death by husband Carl.  Survived by six children: Melanie (Steve) Chouinard, Michael (Brenda) Case, Carl (Tuyen) Case, Susan Case, Andrew (Serena) Case and Matthew (Saundy) Case.  Survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  Also survived by sister Ruth Disanto.

Susan was a homemaker who was active at Grace Lutheran Church for many years, singing in the choir and a member of the Women's Guild.

At the family's request, there will be no visitation.  A funeral service will be held at 12:00pm on Monday, July 24 at Evans Funeral Home, 4171 E. Livingston Ave. Columbus.  The service will be conducted by the Reverend Leo Connolly.  Interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers the family recommends donations to The Franklin County Humane Society, The Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research or Lutheran Social Services Food Pantries in Susan's memory.
