Thomas Ernest Stillwell, 37, passed away Friday June 4th, 2021 in McConnelsville, Ohio. He is reunited with his grandfather Charles Stillwell and his sister Lynette Stonerock. Thomas was born in Columbus Ohio in March of 1984.

Thomas had a passion for people. He was devoted to substance abuse counseling and helping others, like him, that were in recovery. He worked tirelessly at New Hope Creation center, spending time with men in sober living helping them fight their way out of addiction. When he wasn't working, he would spend his days by the water. If he had a moment of free time you would often find him fishing, either alone or alongside anyone willing to tag along. He found a way to make friends wherever he went. He was best known for his kindness, compassion, and ability to make anyone laugh. Thomas found his true happiness when he was surrounded by his friends and family.

Thomas married the love of his life Cari Stillwell in 2005, spending a wonderful 16 years married and 19 years together. Thomas is survived by his 7 children: Tyler Johnson, Kayla Johnson, Kodie Johnson (Melissa), Tobias Johnson, Cameron McDuffie (Danielle McDuffie, Mother), Seth Stonerock, and Jaclyn Stonerock. He was the grandfather to 4 grandchildren to include Cory Hunter Townsend, Lukas Townsend, Adalynn Johnson and Kaiden Johnson. He is survived by his mother Cheryl Stonerock and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
