Born August 15, 1992 in Columbus, Ohio to parents Roberta Gean Blythe and William Leigh Conrad.  Preceded in death by grandparents Robert G. Blythe, James Michel, Richard and Betty Davey, Calvin Conrad, and Helen Aikey. Survived by grandmother Nina F. Blythe, children Justin Hoke Conrad and Remington Rose Conrad, siblings Robert E. Blythe, Shaun Arthur, Sabrina Igel, Miranda Jo, McKenna Mae, Justin Neece, Tim Neece, and Ashley Hale, parents Roberta Blythe and Ronald Neece and William Conrad and Nicole Tressler, ex-wife Shelby Conrad and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
