Wilma Jean Howard age 91 passed away Sunday, September 21, 2025, at her residence.  Retired data entry operator at Grange Insurance. She was a loving mother and grandmother and displayed her love and strong passion for learning with her plentiful supply of "Ready for School Workbooks" and flashcards for any subject.    Preceded in death by her husband of over 71 years, Jerrold T. "Bud" Howard; daughter-in-law Ronda; parents Ross and Ethel (Wolfe) Stimmel; sisters Pauline Burchett and Betty Grove.  Survived by sons, Kevin (Lisa) Howard, Brent Howard, Bradley Howard, grandchildren Hank, Tahnee, and Austin Howard, Brian (Tracy) Kidwell, Brandon (Jessica and Anthony) Howard; great grandchildren Bryar, Sawyer, Harper, Piper, Mia, Braelyn, and Anthony; grand dog Jeremy; many nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.  Special thanks to Capital City Hospice.  Friends may call Monday, September 29, 2025, 4-7 PM EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E.
